# Keysight34980A

Control the Keysight 34980A DAQ from Python through [`InstroDAQ`](https://dev.nominal.io/instro/daq.md).

The [`Keysight34980A`](https://dev.nominal.io/instro/ref/instruments/instro.daq.drivers.keysight_34980a.Keysight34980A.md#instro.daq.drivers.keysight_34980a.Keysight34980A "instro.daq.drivers.keysight_34980a.Keysight34980A") provides a driver that can be used to instantiate an [InstroDAQ](https://dev.nominal.io/instro/daq.md). Unlike the other DAQ drivers, it owns its own `VisaDriver` and connects over SCPI/VISA rather than a vendor SDK.
