Arbitrary waveform config; samples are either given inline or read from a CSV file path.

### field shape: Literal['arbitrary'] = 'arbitrary'

### field samples: tuple[float, ...] | str [Required]

At least 2 sample values normalized to [-1.0, 1.0], or a path to a CSV file containing them.

### field sample_rate_sas: float [Required]

Sample rate in samples per second.
