## pydantic model AcquisitionConfig[source]

Bases: `BaseModel`

Initial acquisition state, applied through the InstroScope setters on `open()`.

### field mode: AcquisitionMode | None = None

Acquisition mode, e.g. ‘NORMAL’ or ‘AVERAGE’.

### field average_count: int | None = None

Waveforms to average; requires mode ‘AVERAGE’.

Constraints:
:   - **ge** = 2

### field horizontal_scale: float | None = None

Timebase in s/div.

Constraints:
:   - **gt** = 0

### field start_acquisition_on_open: bool = False

Start continuous acquisition (`run()`) as the last step of `open()`.
