# add_spatial_to_run

## nominal.experimental.spatial.add_spatial_to_run(run, ref_name, spatial)

Add a spatial to a run under a ref name.

Parameters:
:   - **run** ([*Run*](https://dev.nominal.io/python/ref/generated/nominal.core.Run.md#nominal.core.Run "nominal.core.run.Run"))

      Run to add the spatial to.
    - **ref_name** ([*str*](https://docs.python.org/3/builtins/stdtypes.html#str "(in Python v3.15)"))

      Name for the data source within the run.
