# MATLAB

Export Nominal channels to MATLAB `.mat` files with
[`export_channels_to_matlab()`](https://dev.nominal.io/python/ref/generated/nominal.thirdparty.matlab.export_channels_to_matlab.md#nominal.thirdparty.matlab.export_channels_to_matlab "nominal.thirdparty.matlab.export_channels_to_matlab").
The export streams directly to disk and supports both original samples and downsampled data.

The function reference includes Python export examples and instructions for loading the result in MATLAB.
